RATES 2010/09

Prices quoted are per night per person, children under 10 stay free. Maximum capacity up to 4 people. Minimum stay is 3 nights. Towels and linen are inclusive in the price. Car hire, flights and transfers can be arranged by the owner at an extra surcharge. The apartment is run on a self-clean basis. Cleaning maids may be arranged, please contact owner for details.

A deposit of 50% of the price quoted applies, and no refunds or cancellations up to a month before arrival date.

The apartment must be vacated at 1200 hours on the last day of stay, and all arrivals after 1100 hours. The apartment has a non-smoking policy, pets may be considered please ask owner for details.

Lost property left in the apartment is stored and kept for up to a month in which then is supplied to the local charity organisation.

Please note that prices may change according to festive season events, this is normally during Easter, summer, and Christmas.
