The Building

This modern 5 floor building was constructed in 2004. Situated in a cul-de-sac, it’s surrounded by greenery and free from traffic and noise pollution. The swimming pool is secluded at the rear of the building and it’s a communal place where you relax and enjoy hours of sunshine.

There is wheelchair access to the building via the entrance ramp and there is also an internal lift. Parking is available.

The Swimming Pool

This mid sized swimming pool is great for those lazy days when you just feel too lazy to walk up to the beach. Surrounded by Almond and Olive trees and with grassed areas, these are fantastic areas to catch up on your suntan.

There is an outside shower and indoor service toilet facilities.

Please note this pool is not supervised at anytime, however a rules and regulations board is displayed by the pool entrance.
